We share our passion for horse riding and ethology with our horses Tobby, Miny (Irish cob), Pepette and June Shetland ponies born with us.
🐕 Lika, a magnificent Estrela Mountain Dog, is unfortunately no longer part of our daily life alongside Fleur and Mr Grey 🐱 But Marlow 🐕 will welcome you in her place, he is just as nice but younger and exuberant! He loves everyone and all the other animals too...
On our land, you can observe our rabbits, more or less numerous throughout the mating season... Our hens will offer you good eggs fertilized by their darling Raymond, as well as our 2 geese (Jasmine and Dolly) with their favorite male Saturnin.
Not to mention those who occupy the space: various and diverse birds, deer, wild boars, foxes...

Learn to recognize wild plants
The Garden of Bel Air, led by Véronique, will allow you to familiarize yourself with edible and medicinal wild plants that are either naturally on the plot or acclimatized...
& taste them!
"Wild" meals are offered to guests. You can taste nettle or wild garlic pesto, dandelion flower wine or thorn wine, hogweed gratins or herb quiches, wild salads picked throughout the seasons... We also offer infusions made on-site and wild plant jams: cramaillotte, elderflower, blackberries or blueberries, or rose hips...
Véronique, specialized in the harvesting and processing of edible and medicinal wild plants, can teach you how to recognize and use them with confidence.
We have identified more than 100 edible and/or medicinal plants on our plot and more than 50 in the surrounding areas. Nature will offer us other plants as the seasons change 🍂
Claude, an art cutler, offers introductory workshops where you can assemble your own knife over 2 days, on weekends or weekdays - depending on your creative desires and manual dexterity.
The trainee leaves with a piece made by themselves, with materials provided (excluding noble materials such as Damascus, mammoth…).
